Frequently asked questions
How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Orders placed during the day normally reach you the same day inside Dubai, and Sharjah is usually same day too. The rest of the UAE is next working day.
How do I order?
Two ways. Add what you want to the basket and press Checkout — you fill in a name, a phone number and an address, and the order lands with us straight away. Or press Order Now on any product and send it to us on WhatsApp instead. Both work; the basket is faster for more than one item.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver when the order arrives — cash, card or bank transfer. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details on this site. Card payments carry the standard 5% VAT.
Is delivery free?
Free on orders over AED 500. Below that it is a flat AED 30, shown on the basket before you confirm.

Do you sell boxes as well as single pieces?
Yes. Most disposables have a box rate, shown on the product page where we have it. For anything else, or for wholesale quantities, ask on WhatsApp.
How long does a disposable actually last?
The puff count on the box comes from a lab test, so real use is normally shorter. As a rough guide, a 10,000-puff device lasts a light user a couple of weeks and a heavy user a few days. Rechargeable models need topping up over USB-C before the liquid runs out.
What is the difference between 20mg and 50mg?
20mg (2%) is the lighter nicotine strength and is what most people move to after a while. 50mg (5%) hits harder and suits heavier smokers. Both use salt nicotine, which is smoother on the throat than freebase at the same strength.
Buying vapes in Dubai
We run a counter in Deira and a delivery round that covers all seven emirates. The range on this site is what we actually hold — 62 vape lines across 29 brands, plus 61 TEREA flavours and 16 ILUMA devices. If a line is not listed, it is not on the shelf, and we would rather tell you that than take an order we cannot fill.
Most of what sells here is high-capacity disposables: Elf Bar, JUUL, Pod Salt, Vozol, VGOD and the rest, from 1,500 puffs up to 80,000. Alongside them we keep pod systems and refills for people who would rather keep a device and change the pod, bottled e-liquid in freebase and salt nicotine, and tobacco-free nicotine pouches for anyone who wants nicotine without vapour at all.
Prices are per piece unless the page says otherwise, and almost every disposable also has a box rate. Nicotine strengths run from 0mg through 20mg (2%) to 50mg (5%) — if you are not sure which suits you, tell us what you smoke now and we will point you at the right one.
