How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Orders placed during the day normally reach you the same day inside Dubai, and Sharjah is usually same day too. The rest of the UAE is next working day.
How do I order?
Two ways. Add what you want to the basket and press Checkout — you fill in a name, a phone number and an address, and the order lands with us straight away. Or press Order Now on any product and send it to us on WhatsApp instead. Both work; the basket is faster for more than one item.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver when the order arrives — cash, card or bank transfer. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details on this site. Card payments carry the standard 5% VAT.
Is delivery free?
Free on orders over AED 500. Below that it is a flat AED 30, shown on the basket before you confirm.
Which vape brands do you stock?
Elf Bar, JUUL, Pod Salt, Vozol, VGOD, Al Fakher, FUMMO, HQD and more — 29 brands in total across 45 disposable lines, pod kits, e-liquids and nicotine pouches.
Do you sell boxes as well as single pieces?
Yes. Most disposables have a box rate, shown on the product page where we have it. For anything else, or for wholesale quantities, ask on WhatsApp.
How long does a disposable actually last?
The puff count on the box comes from a lab test, so real use is normally shorter. As a rough guide, a 10,000-puff device lasts a light user a couple of weeks and a heavy user a few days. Rechargeable models need topping up over USB-C before the liquid runs out.
What is the difference between 20mg and 50mg?
20mg (2%) is the lighter nicotine strength and is what most people move to after a while. 50mg (5%) hits harder and suits heavier smokers. Both use salt nicotine, which is smoother on the throat than freebase at the same strength.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is sealed and bought through authorised UAE channels. Check the security code or scratch panel on the pack before you pay the driver — we would rather you did.
Which sticks fit IQOS ILUMA?
TEREA sticks only. ILUMA heats the stick from the inside by induction, so there is no blade — HEETS and other blade-generation sticks will not work in it.
Why do TEREA origins taste different?
Each production country tweaks the blend and the pack wording. We stock Indonesian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Tajik, Swiss, Japanese and Italian runs, and most regular users settle on one.
Can I return something?
Sealed, unused items can come back within 7 days. For hygiene and safety we cannot take back an opened disposable, pod pack or pouch tin. If a device arrives faulty, message us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. We sell only to adults of legal smoking age and the driver may ask for ID on delivery. We do not sell to non-smokers.
My disposable is rechargeable — how do I charge it?
USB-C. On most high-capacity devices the battery is smaller than the liquid supply, so you top it up once or twice over the life of the device. A cable is not always in the box.
What does a mesh coil change?
A mesh coil heats a larger surface evenly, so the flavour stays consistent from the first draw to the last and you get less of the burnt taste that older wire coils give near the end.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain. Sharjah is usually same day; the others are normally next working day.
Can I order by the box or for a shop?
Yes. Box rates are on most product pages and we do wholesale quantities. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we will quote you.
Do you stock nicotine-free options?
Yes. We keep 0mg disposables, and nicotine pouches are tobacco-free. Tell us what you are after and we will point you at what is in stock.
How should I store a vape?
Out of direct sun and away from heat — a hot car will spoil the liquid and shorten the battery. Keep pouches sealed and cool.
What is the difference between a disposable and a pod kit?
A disposable is thrown away when it runs out. A pod kit keeps the battery and you change only the pod, which costs less per puff and creates less waste, but you have to buy the device first.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes, from Deira. Message us first so the order is ready and we can confirm the exact address.
What if something is out of stock after I order?
We tell you before the driver leaves and you choose — swap it, drop it, or wait. We never substitute an item without asking.
