Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept an opened disposable, an opened pod pack or an opened tin of nicotine pouches.

If a device arrives faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo or short video and we will replace it.

Refunds go back the way you paid. Delivery charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.
